My Story, so far...

Hello,

My name is Maria Theresa and I have two nicknames- Maria & Tess.

I designed & created a fashion jewelry pendant using two vintage buttons plus a multi-

colored string that I found inside my late mother-in-law's sewing kit. The chain was a black cord from an old jacket I donated. A friend was amazed to discover that my jewelry was handmade. She encouraged me to design & create more , thus the seed of my fashion jewelry business was sown.

It took me about two years to read all about fashion jewelry: it's many materials & tools; teaching myself the basic techniques on how to properly make them; studying various design concepts. It took a lot of patience, perseverance, trial & errors plus dealing with overused aching wrists, hands & fingers, but I was able to make enough fashion jewelry to launch my PRECIOUS website last May 2017. 

I try my best to use recycled materials and always design & create just one design per one piece. I would like to think that whoever buys my fashion jewelry will feel PRECIOUS owning it or will make someone they love feel PRECIOUS!
